Family portrait.

The hardest part of any session for the customers is being relaxed. It isn't easy to show the feelings in front of an unfamiliar person - me.
So far I met just two couples/families who did not need my guidance at all during the photo session. Why were they so calm, relaxed and natural? Perhaps they have big feelings for each other...

I did not meet any person yet who is 100% happy with her/his body or face. 

There is always some small detail that bothers people. The right side of the face is more beautiful than the left one. The nose is not perfect enough, my legs are short, my fingers are skinny and so on.

So when the people receive the pictures they are not pleased with a result now and then. For instance, I take it very personally, even sometimes too personally. I want to see a happy and pleased customer at the end of our project,  but not the person who judges herself/himself being thin, fat, with small eyes, short hair and so on. As for me, I don't consider this matter of concern as a problem. I believe all people are beautiful and I let my customers choose pictures from the photoshoot. It is my way to change a focus from personal issues to my work and to avoid mutual discontent.

I believe every age is attractive,  every single face is beautiful.

A few portraits.  I cannot decide what is better. I'm addicted to Black and White, but sometimes i cannot refuse to keep just colored edited pictures.

Everything is perfect

The most amazing time in Stavanger is a summer when it comes sun and temperature is higher than average +17C.

It is the perfect time for perfect nature creatures, children.

It is the great time to catch the best moments of our lives, best emotions of children.

It is the fist time when I like the set in color. 

I edited a few pictures in Black and White as usually, but I want to share photos just in color. Cause this little girl is magnificent in pink colors.

Lura Bulls

My passion is not just still images. Since I started to study Television and Multimedia at university I do video as well. My filming skills are characterized by this long experience with still pictures. I'm far from Orson Welles level, but some day everything can happen....

Lura Bulls is the american football team in the Stavanger/Sandnes region, Norway.
I've been invited by Coach Durazo to make a small video about competition between Lura Bulls (team in green), Kristiansand Gladiators (team in black) og Haugesund Hurricaned (team in blue).
